Responsible for the execution of both marketing, development an in-theatre materials for the organization. This includes (but is not limited to) season brochure, house programmes, print/online ads, signage, way finding, and subscriber collateral (tickets, invoices, brochures, postcards, buckslips etc.); as well as proposals, reports, annual report and support for gala collateral, including print (invitations, signage) and web collateral.

Design Lead, Jack.org
In this role, I lead the design aspects of Jack.org’s programmatic and communications needs. This ranges from promotional prints from our programs, to graphics for reports, to swag and way-finding and for our events. As the first full-time graphic designer at Jack.org, I have been working to create and cement brand standards and guidelines across all Jack.org materials. Aside from generating digital and print content, my role also involves supporting idea generation and brainstorming around creative and marketing direction, spatial planning and strategizing, and assisting with creative production logistics.

Creative Director at TEDxUofT | Toronto, Canada
Responsible for leading the team of graphic designers and developing the visual identity of the organization for the 2017 TEDxUofT conference. Tasks included team management, coordinating meetings, dividing and delegating tasks within the visual production team. I was responsible for stage design, online and print marketing for audience, speakers and sponsors, social media, merchandise design and way finding at the venue.

Part-time Graphic Designer for the Professional & International Program’s Office and the Office of the Dean of Students at Woodsworth College, University of Toronto
The objective of this position was to enhance print and online resources for existing and incoming students, including social media presence, event photography, videos, posters, pamphlets and guidebook. To do so, a design guideline was developed for consistent branding across all the materials being produced. This position also included advising students and assisting in events aimed at welcoming and orienting newly admitted students.

Responsibilities included creating layout designs, editing visual contents and preparating files for the monthly publication of the architecture and design magazine.

Founder at Tuiuiú | São Paulo, Brazil
Developed a line of fashion and stationary products for Livraria Cultura, Brazil’s largest bookstore. Launched for the occasion of the Brazil FIFA World Cup held in June 2014. Aside from having developed the designs of the products themselves, I was in charge of producing the promotional material for the collection (creating material for social media, layouts for magazines, display stands, etc).

Took care of unifying materials produced by collaborating offices and ensuring each project’s overall content and aesthetic cohesion. Proposed and implemented the Institute’s new website.
